  • New Business Development Director

     

    LGMi is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to help grow our agency.

     

    Responsibilities
    - Manage all new business development activities
    - Work with team to develop pitch ideas and proposals
    - Manage client liaison
    - Assist in the development of PR and Marketing activities for the agency

     

    Requirements
    - Strong knowledge and passion for environmental and social issues
    - Online experience and understanding of what it takes to deliver an online project
    - Solid knowledge of PR and Marketing
    - Contacts in the CSR and/or NGO space

     

    Details

    - Start date: asap

    - Location: Kreuzberg, Berlin.

    - Only EU residents need apply.

    - This is most likely a part time position at the beginning. Applicant must be willing to rely heavily on commission at the start in exchange for the possibility to grow with LGMi and to turn it into a major player in the field of digital communications for CSR and sustaintability.

  • Intern Operations & PR

     

    Responsibilities

     

    - Assist the two principals with various administrative tasks in the office.

    - Help organize PR and promotional efforts for LGMi, from the stage of idea to final implementation. This can range from online PR, articles and advertising to partnerships, campaigns and conferences.

    - Assist with new business development activities for LGMi. This includes, but is not limited to, generating leads, calling potential clients, writing proposals, developing tools for tracking…

    - Maintain and grow LGMi various social media accounts and platforms.

    - Assist with research and strategy regarding topics ranging from CSR to Renewable Energy and Human Rights.

    - Stay abreast of latest communication efforts and campaigns and ensure that knowledge is shared in office.

    - Stay abreast of events and conferences.

    - Assist with development of processes in office regarding operations and resourcing.

    - Occasionally attending events if needed.

     

    Requirements

    - Native German speaker with strong writing skills.

    - Good knowledge of English.

    - Comfortable speaking with clients.

    - Strong understanding of the green space and passion for themes such as CSR, renewable energy, cleantech, poverty, climate change.

    - Some understanding of the social media space and digital communications.

    - Very organized and motivated.

    - Length of internship: initially 3 months with the possibility for extension.

    - Location: Kreuzberg, Berlin.
